Hamburger Steak with Mushroom/Onion Gravy (lo fat version)

Ingredients
1/2 pound lean ground beef1 pound lean ground turkey or venison1 1/2 cup chopped mushrooms3/4 cup sliced onions1 tbsp garlic powder1 tsp salt2 tsp black pepper1 jar Heinz Homestyle Rich Mushroom Gravy
Directions
Mix ground beef, venison or turkey, with garlic powder. Form into 6 patties, approx. 4 oz each. Brown on both sides. Remove from pan and drain on paper towels. Saute mushrooms and onions in pan until starting to get tender. Add patties back into pan and add gravy. Simmer around 10 minutes or until hot and bubbly.
