Caprese Egg Sandwich

Ingredients
Oroweat- whole wheat sandwich thinOne fried eggOne tomato sliceOne slice of mozzarella cheese3 fresh basil leaves
Directions
Spray a small frying pan with cooking spray and fry one egg to over medium. Place the egg on one side of the sandwich thin. Place the mozzarella slice on top of the egg and toast in a toaster oven just until cheese is melted. I also place the other slice of the sandwich in the toaster oven to toast it as well. Top the cheesy egg with the tomato slice and basil leaves. Top with the sandwich thin and enjoy! Makes 1 sandwich.
