Ingredients
Cream of Mushroom Soup, 572 grams Water, tap, 1 cup (8 fl oz) Beef, top sirloin, 935 grams*Canola Oil, 2 1tsp Yellow Mustard, 2 tsp or 1 packet Mushrooms, fresh, 1 cup, pieces or slices Breakstone Fat Free Sour Cream, 33 tbsp
Directions
Defat the roast then use 2 tsp of oil and brown the meat. Put the meat in a roast pan the use the drippings and soften the mushrooms and onions. Add to the cream of mushroom soup with the 1 cup of water. Stir and add the dry mustard. Pour over meat then put In the oven for 3hrs. a 300 serve over whole grain rice of egg noodles. Did not calculate that into the recipe.
