Ingredients
1 La tortilla factory whole wheat low-carb tortila (or low-carb brand of choice)1/2 cup romaine lettuce, shredded3 oz. cooked chicken breast, no skin1 tbsp. parmesan cheese, shredded1 tbsp. lite cesar salad dressing
Directions
Warm tortilla to your preference. Place lettuce on tortilla, followed by chicken pieces, cheese and dressing. Fold like a burrito and you are ready to eat it!!
Makes 1 wrap. Serving size will depend on size of tortilla used.
