Simple Crockpot Black Beans

Ingredients
1 lb dried black beans (remove stones and broken beans)1/4 medium onion and 2 garlic cloves wrapped in cheese cloth for easy removalwater salt 1-2 tsp
Directions
Place cleaned and rinsed beans in the crockpot, add water to cover approx. 4 fingers over the beans, add onion and garlic, cover. Cook either on high for 2 hours, then on low for another 3-4 hours, or on low for 8 hours. Add salt 30 minutes-1 hour before they done. Usually 1lb of dried beans make about 6 cups of cooked beans. The serving is 1/2 cup. Enjoy!
