Ingredients
2 lbs beef2 cups carrots1 cup onion chopped2 cups celery1/2 cup flourdash of pepper1/4 Olive oilStew meat seasonings as you prefer.
Directions
Makes 8 1-cup servings.

Brown 2 lbs flour /peppered coated beef until browned.

Put in crock pot.
Add three cups of water.
Add 2 cups chopped carrots, onion, celery,

Serve with brown rice

or mashed potatoes.
