Apple Sauce Muffins

0.4 cup FlourHalf Egg0.5 cup MilkSalt, A dash0.3 cup Chocolate Chips60 Raisins0.5 cup Oats1 Apple, chopped into small chunks and coated with a little cinammonGround CinnamonHoney 1 tbsp0.4 cup Applesauce
Heat Oven to 200 deg celsius.
Combine Dry Ingredients (Cinnamon, Flour, Choc Chips, Raisins, Oats, Salt)
Combine Wet Ingredients (Milk, Egg, Honey)
Mix Wet Ingredients to Dry Ingredients. Stir in Apple Sauce gradually to create a lumpy mixture. (Do not overstir to prevent the muffins from turning out tough.)
Fill muffin tray (I used a silicon muffin tray and therefore did not coat with oil)
Bake in oven for 20 minutes or until a tooth pick comes out clean.
Cool and serve on its own or with a little low fat icecream!
