Creamy Pepperoni Pasta

Ingredients
one 3 oz package slice pepperoni separated into single slicesone box barilla whole grain penneneufchatel cheese, one brick, cubeditalian seasoning and garlic to taste
Directions
Cook pasta according to package
reserve 2 cups of water before draining pasta
Drain and return to pan, add cheese,seasonings, and half cup of water, stirring to melt. Add pepperoni, stir. Use reserve water if you want more 'sauce'. Serve with salad and fruit.
