Ingredients
*- Fage 0%*Best of the Egg--Egg Substitute*Onion powderPaprika, 1 tspGarlic, 1 tsp*Splenda, 1 tsp *Bread CrumbsPumpkin, cannedGouda CheeseBrummel & Brown SpreadPepper, blackSalt *Kraft 2% Sharp Cheddar CheeseWhole Wheat Medium ShellsRicotta Cheese, part skim milk*Cheese, Havarti Light
Directions
Pre-heat oven 375 degrees.

Cook 1 box of Whole Pasta until tender, but not exactly aldente.

In a medium saucepan on med. low heat , create a rue, including all cheese, (except 1 oz. of cheese), seasoning, butter, pumpkin and yogurt.

Stir rue until all cheese is almost melted.

Spray rectangular pyrex pan with butter spray (PAM) and quickly, pour rue over pasta and toss until all pasta is covered.

Pour egg substitute over ingredients and Sprinkle cheese, bread crumbs and paprika on top and spray with a little more Pam.

Cook for 40-45 minutes, making sure top is crisp and brown.
