cranberry walnut pumpkin chocolate chippers

Ingredients
1/2 Banana - mashed1 cup Libby's 100% Pure Pumpkin 1 cup Splenda No Calorie Sweetener1/2 cup unsweetened applesauce2 Egg whites2 cups flour1 tsp vanilla2 tsp baking powder1 tsp baking soda1 tsp cinnamon1/2 tsp saltGuittard extra dark chocolate chips, 1/4 C1/2 C dried cranberries1/2 C chopped walnuts
Directions
Mix all wet ingredients in a mixing bowl - slightly mashing banana. Mix well. Then add all dry ingredients except chocolate chips, cranberries and walnuts - mix. Slowly add chips, cranberries and walnuts, mix till blended. Preheat oven to 350, put on sprayed cookie sheet. Cook for 10 minutes or until edges are golden.
