Ingredients
2 slices rye bread, lightly toasted (pre-toasted to prevent your sandwich from being too soggy)2 oz Hillshire Farm Ultra Thin Pastrami1 Laughing Cow cheese wedge (light creamy swiss)1/4 cup sauerkraut2 tbs fat free Thousand Island dressing
Directions
1) Spread cheese wedge over one slice of bread.
2) Top cheese wedge with pastrami, sauerkraut, dressing, and other slice of bread.
3) Place into a toaster oven (or a regular oven preheated to 350 degrees) until the bread turns golden brown and delicious.
