1tbsp olive oil1/2 large onion, chopped2 medium carrots,chopped200g puy lentils100g chorizo, choppedchicken/vegetable stock or water
Directions
fry onion until soft, then add chorizo and fry. Add the rest of the ingredients and simmer for 30minutes.
