Guilt-free Pumpkin Pudding

Ingredients
2 cups Dannon Light & Fit Nonfat Vanilla Yogurt1 cup Libby's 100% Pure Canned Pumpkin1.5 tsp Pumpkin Pie SpiceFat Free Cool Whip*Optional Add-ons:Honey Graham Cracker Crumbs (my favorite!)WalnutsDark Chocolate Shavings
Directions
Whip together the yogurt and pumpkin in a large bowl.
Add pumpkin pie spice to taste. Mix well.
Cover bowl and place back in the fridge for an hour or until ready to serve.
Place 1/2 cup servings into individual bowls and top with fat free Cool Whip.

Makes six 1/2 cup servings.

*Include any optional add-ons for a few extra calories and an extra sweet holiday treat.
