Barbie's Low Fat Blue Cheese Dressing

1 cup plain fat free greek yogurt. (can use non greek but greek adds protein)6 tbls light sour cream1/2 cup fat free milk4.5 oz blue cheese crumbles1 tablespoon rice vinegar4 dashes of tabasco sauce1 tablespoon garlic puree2 dashes of salt 2 dashes of pepper (can add more pepper if you like)2 tablespoons grated red onion1 tablespoon lemon juice1 tablespoon of honey (optional) Its a little sweetness to the recipe. **depending on how much fat free milk you use the recipe can be divided down into about 14/16 generous portions.
Mix all ingredients in a bowl except the blue cheese crumbles. Mix it until it looks well blended. Add blue cheese crumbles and mix with a spoon if you like the chunks. If you don't feel free to blend them in. transfer to a dressing container and keep in the fridge. It will thicken in a few hours. If its too thick for you, add a little more fat free milk. I also used a cheese grater and grated my red onions into 2 tablespoons.
