1.5 C. oat bran.25 C. brown sugar splenda blend.5 C. whole wheat flour2 t. baking powder1 t. pumpkin pie spice.25 t. salt1 C. mashed pumpkin.5 C. skim milk organic2 egg whites or substitute lightley beaten2 T. applesauce
Combine first 6 ing. in large bowl, mix well. Combine pumpkin and next 3 ing. in bowl, stir well. Make well in center of dry ing. add wet to dry. Stir just until moistened. Spoon into sprayed muffin liners. Fill 3/4 full. Bake 425 degrees for approx. 20 min.
