Ingredients
6.5 cups regular oats1 cup chopped pecans1 cup ground flax meal2 teaspoons cinnamon1 cup vanilla whey powder1/2 cup raw pumpkin seeds1/2 cup melted coconut oil1/4 cup evening primrose oil1/4 cup olive oil1/4 cup brewed coffee (note to self: try adding instant coffee for flavor)
Directions
Mix all ingredients and put in big deep flat baking pan. Bake at 350 for about 75 minutes, stirring it up occasionally to cook more evenly.
