Ingredients
Graham CrackersCool Whip Light (regular or chocolate)
Directions
Serving size: single serving or make a batch & freeze for future use

1. Unthaw Cool Whip slightly in fridge, so it is easier to work with (but not completely unthawed or it will be messy!)

2. Break Graham Cracker into two pieces.

3. Spread a serving of Cool Whip onto one cracker & top with the other, making a "sandwich".

4. You can eat it right away. OR make multiples, wrap in saran & freeze for future use!

ENJOY! :)

The strawberries didn't work so well, but I added cocoa to the cool whip and it was great! - 4/29/09

This is my new fave snack and has almost completely replaced my much-loved ice cream! Even my hubby and 3 boys love these! I even took some to a church dinner and people were practically fighting over em! LOL I was almost ashamed to tell people how EASY they were to make! - 1/31/09

I've made these- very yummy! My kids LOVED these, too! My sister actually told me about these after her DH passed away- these were a favorite treat of his as he was diabetic and she did her best to help him control his diet. - 2/27/08

This sounds abolutely yummy! I like to completly thaw whipped topping, put a whole tub of it in the blender and add fruit. I bet this recipe would taste good with strawberries, whipped cream and the crackers. I'm going shopping tomorrow--fat free whipped cream here I come! - 9/4/07
