Baked mac and cheese

Ingredients
6 oz elbow pasta3 TBS flour1 TBS earth balance1 TBS dried mustard3 cups non fat milk1/2 c onion chopped1 large egg1 bay leaf1/2 tea paprika10 oz sharp cheddar cheesefresh black peppertopping:1 c panko bread crumbs1 TBS earth balance
Directions
1. cook noodles, set aside
2. preheat oven to 350 f degrees
3. In separate pot melt butter and mix in mustard and flour, then milk, paprika, onion, bay leaf and pepper
4. Let simmer for 10 min
5. Temper in egg then add 3/4 of cheese
6. mix in noddles
7. put mixture in casserole dish
8. put rest of cheese on top
9. in pot melt 1 TBS butter and panko bread crumbs
10. put on top of casserole and cook for 30 min
make sure to let rest 5 min before eating
