Crock Pot Western Omlet

4 C frozen hash browned potatoes12 eggs or 3 C egg beaters (I used 3 eggs and 2 C beaters)8 oz chicken sausage3 green onions chopped10 grape tomatoes quartered1.5 C shredded cheese (I used Jack)1 C fat free milk1 1/2 t. Mrs. Dash2 t. parsley or dill
Layer one third of the potatoes in the bottom of a 4-5 quart crock pot. Top with one third of the sausage, tomatoes, onions, cheese and spices. Repeat two times with the remaining ingredints. Place the milk and eggs in bowl and mix together, and pour over ingredients in crock pot. Cover and cook on low for 8-9 hours, and when you wake up your house will smell like breakfast.
