Whole Wheat Cornbread

Ingredients
1.5c whole wheat flour1.5c yellow cornmeal1.5c 2%milk0.5c melted butter4tsp baking powder1tsp salt3 eggs
Directions
Mix dry ingredients. Whisk together milk and eggs, add to dry ingredients and mix until just combined. Add butter and mix until just combined. Pour into a greased 9x9x2" pan or muffin cups. Bake at 425 for 20-25 minutes for the pan, 10-15 minutes for the muffins. Makes 12 muffins (208 calories each) or nine 3x3x2" pieces(278 calories each).
