White Bean Carrot Cake

Ingredients
1 15oz can White Beans4 eggs1/2 cup splenda1 tsp. baking powder1/2 tsp. baking soda2 tbsp. Smart Balance, melted1 Tbs. Vanilla1/4 cup low fat cream cheese1 1/2 tsp. cinnamonzest of one orange1/4 to 1/2 tsp. nutmeg1.5 cups grated carrots1/4 cup of nonfat powdered milk
Directions
Mix all ingredients in food processor.

Pour into sprayed 8x8 pan.

Bake at 350 degrees for 25-30 min
