Chicken and Wild Rice Soup

Ingredients
6 cups swanson natural goodness chicken broth1 rotisserie chicken cut up1 cup wild rice1 cup chopped mushrooms1 cup chopped carrots1/4 cup chopped onion1/2 tsp Mrs Dash Italian Medley Seasoning1 egg1/4 c flour6oz baby spinach chopped1 cup nonfat evaporated milk
Directions
Put first 7 ingredients in stock pot and cook until veggies and rice are soft (about an hour).

Take out small portion of broth & add to egg to temper, whisk together with 1/4 cup flour. Add into the pot and whisk with soup.

Add spinach and the evaporated milk. Let simmer for another 20 mins.
