* *Goya Black Beans, 1 can * *Goya Dark Red Kidney Beans, 1 can * Carrots, raw, 1 cup, chopped * Celery, raw, 2 cup, diced * Onions, raw, 1 cup, chopped * *Hunt's Tomato Sauce, no salt added, 1.5 cup * *Maverick 91/9 Organic Ground Beef, 16 oz * Peppers, sweet, red, raw, sliced, 0.5 cup SaltChili Mix Seasoning
Saute the vegetables in olive oil. Brown the beef in a separate pan. Add vegetables to beef. Add tomato sauce and Chili mix. Add salt. Simmer for 20 minutes. Add beans, simmer another 10 minutes. Makes 6 servings.
