peach fritters

Ingredients
2 c flour2 eggs2 T butter1 c beer1t salt1 T cognac4 peaches1 c sugarvegetable oil 16 oz vanilla wafers 1 t cinnamon
Directions
heat oil to 350 put the cinnamon and vanilla crubms in a shallow bowl dip the peaches in the batter a few slices at a time then roll them in the crumbs andfry until golden brown on all sides 4 to 5 minutes remove from the oil drain on paper towels and serve hot dusted with cinnamon sugar
