Crustless Pumpkin Pie

Ingredients
1 can pumpking (15 oz)1 can evaporated skim milk (12oz)3/4 cup egg substitute (or three egg whites)1/2 tsp salt3 tsp pumpkin pie spice1 tsp vanilla2/3 cup splenda
Directions
Serving size: 1/8 pie

Combine all ingredients and beat until smooth,

Pour into a 9" sprayed pie pan,

Bake at 400 for 15 min, then at 325 for 45mins or until knife inserted in center comes out clean.
