Stir fried Beef and Broccoli

Ingredients
¾ lb flank steak2 T low sodium soy sauce½ t sugar1 garlic clove minced1 t grated fresh ginger1 t cornstarch½ c low sodium beef broth1 T olive oil1 lrg onion, thinly sliced1 c steamed broccoli
Directions
Cut beef crosswise against the grain into thin strips. Place in a medium bowl. Add soy sauce, sugar, garlic, and ginger. Toss to coat. Dissolve cornstarch in beef broth and set aside.

Heat oil in a wok or large skillet over high heat; tilt pan to coat bottom. Add onion and stir fry for 2 minutes. Add beef strips and stir fry for 2 minutes longer, or until medium rare.

Add broccoli to pan and toss. Stir cornstarch and broth mixture and add to pan. Cook, tossing gently, until broccoli is hot and sauce thickens, about 2 minutes.
