Beet, Spinach and Banana Smoothie

I used a cooked beet leftover from dinner last night. A raw beet peeled I expect would also work fine.

I put the yogurt and chard in the blender first, and blend until the chard is finely mixed in. Then I added the beet (cut up into 3 or 4 pieces) and the banana also broken up into a few pieces. Blend until smooth. Pour in one large glass all for yourself.
