Homemade Soup Chicken, Cabbage & Chick Peas

Ingredients
Aylmer Diced tomatoes w/Italian Spices 1 28 oz canHeinz Tomato Juice, 1 19 oz canClic Rainbow Chick Peas 1 19 oz can rinse & drained,Roasting Chicken, light meat, 240 gramsBovril Chicken Bouillon Concentrate, 3 tsp Cabbage, fresh, 3 cup, chopped Celery, raw, 1 cup, diced Vegetable Selection Merite Frozen Mixed, 2 cup Catelli soup Noodles, 1 cup Water, tap, 8 cup
Directions
In a large pot, mix all ingredients, bring to a boil, turn heat down and simmer for 1 to 2 hours.
