*Turkey Gizzard (per oz), 16 oz *Arnold Premium Stuffing Herb Seasoned (Dry Cubes), 12 cup (whole bag)*Arnold's Premium Sage & Onion Stuffing, 11.25 cup (whole bag)Butter, unsalted, 24 tbsp Celery small top stems and leaves, raw, 1.5 cup, diced Onions, raw, 2 cup, choppedWater, tap, 5-6 cups to boil gizzards reserve 3 cups broth
Makes 32 3/4 cup servings.
Boil entire package of turkey gizzards in about 5-6 cups of water until broth is made. Place gizzards in food processor until finely chopped. finely chop onion and celery using the tops of the stalks of celery and the leaves. heat butter and saute the onions and celery until soft and tender. add Chopped gizzards and cook one to two minutes. place croutons in large bowl add seasonings and 3 cups liquid. place in rectangular pan and bake about 30 minutes or use to stuff your bird and place the heel of a loaf of bread to hold in the stuffing for the bird. Enjoy!
