Turkey Curry

Ingredients
3T butter3T Flour2C fat free chicken broth1/2 c 1% milk1/2c half and half (optional)6 oz turkey breast meat chopped2 c cooked long grain rice1/2 - 3/4 c frozen peas1T curry powder
Directions
Cook enough rice to make 2 c cooked rice. Melt butter in pan. Add flour and cook for 3-5 minutes stirring constantly. Whisk in broth all at once. Add milk and half and half. Cook on medium heat until sauce thickens. Add curry and salt and pepper to taste. Add chicken and peas and heat through. Serve over rice.
