Not Tuna Pate

Ingredients
1/2 c. soaked raw sunflower seeds1/4 c. soaked raw almonds2 tbsp. water1 tbsp fresh lemon juice1/4 tsp salt1 1/2 tbsp minced celery1 tbsp onion1 tbsp minced fresh parsley
Directions
Place sunflower seeds, almonds, water, lemon juice, and salt in a food processor fitted with th S blade and process into a paste. Stop occasionally to scrape down the sides of the bowl with a rubber spatula. Transfer to a small mixing bowl and stir in the celery, onion, and parsley. Mix well. Store in a sealed container int he refrigerator. not Tuna Pate will keep for 5 days.
