Healthier spinach dip

Ingredients
16oz nonfat plain greek yogurt1 cup light mayo or canola mayonnaise10oz chopped frozen spinach, thawed and drained1 packet (8 tbsp) knorr vegetable dip mixcombine all ingredients in a large bowl and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, serve with vegetables, tortilla chips, torn up pieces of bread, or whatever you like. King's hawaiian sweet bread is especially good, but not necessarily diet friendly.
