Ingredients
* Edamame, frozen, prepared, 0.5 Cup * Sweet Corn, Fresh, .5 cup * Yellow Bell Pepper, chopped * Dried Cranberry, .2 serving * Thai Chili Sauce, 1 tbsp * Sesame Oil, 1 tsp * Mushrooms, fresh, .25 cup, pieces or slices * *Mirin, Kikkoman manjo aji mirin sweet cookiing rice seasoning, 1 tbsp
Directions
Boil corn & edamame for 5 miutes, drain and mix with other ingredients. I used roasted red bell peppers and shitake mushrooms. Refrigerates well.Contains Soy.
