Ingredients
1 reduced-fat graham cracker crust1/2 cup of sugar free syrup1 can of pumpkin-NOT Pumpkin Mix1 17oz tub of fat free ricotta cheese3 scoops of vanilla whey protein powderpumpkin spicetsp vanilla extractsplenda-to taste
Directions
Mix all ingredients together until you get a smooth consistency and put in a 400 degree oven for 15-20 minutes. Refrigerate for a few hours and serve with fat-free cool-whip. This is a delicious dessert that you can eat as a dessert, snack or even for breakfast. Plus the pumpkin's nutrients make your skin radiate.
