6 eggs4 large pieces of whole grain breadone half cup fresh spinachone half cup low fat cottage cheeseone cup of original Almond milk3 slices of deli turkeyhalf cup of fake crab meatsalt and pepper4 tb of shredded low fat cheddar cheese
Directions
mix all ingredients and bake at 350 till done. top with shredded cheese.
