Mashed Potato Casserole

Ingredients
Instant Mashed Potato's I used 12 serving size,1 16oz. container of light sour cream, 1 12oz bag of steam fresh (bird's eye) Mixed vegie's, 2 pound of Turkey Ham, 1 bag of Kraft Fat free Cheddar Cheese,
Directions
Make potato's according to the stove top directions, Add the sour cream and mix it together. Add Pepper and salt to taste. Put mixture into about a 10 x 13 baking dish. Heat the bag of veggie's according to the directions then add to the potato mixture and mix in. Cut the turkey ham into cubes and add to mixture and mix it in. Top with Cheese. Makes aprox 13 1 cup servings
