Microwave Peach and Blackberry Crisp

1 (16 oz) Bag Frozen Peaches or 2 1/2 cup fresh slices 1 (18 oz) Bag Frozen Blackberries or 2 3/4 cups fresh berries4 Tbsp Light Butter (Land O Lakes is good)3/4 C Carbquick - Low Carb Baking Mix (Bisquick also works, but will change your nutrional info)1/2 C Oats (rolled or quick cooking)1/4 C Splenda Brown Sugar Blend or 1/2 C brown sugar
Mix fruit in an 8x8 microwave safe dish. Combine other ingredients in a small bowl mixing untly butter is broken up and mixture is crumbly. A pastry cutter or two forks works well for this. Top fruit with dry mixture and place in microwave on full power for 6 minutes. Turn dish and cook for another 6 minutes.
Makes 6 servings.....to lower the calorie count, you could easily stretch this to 8 servings.
