Hemp Happy Mylk

Ingredients
1 cup shelled hemp seed6 cups water
Directions
Combine the water and the shelled hemp seed in a blender. You can create the desired thickness by using more or less water. Blend on high until creamy and smooth. To sweeten add: bananas, dates, figs, raisins, maple syrup, honey, agave syrup, or your favorite fruit. Blend again until smooth. You may like it as is, or you may strain it through a mesh bag or cheesecloth. Keeps for 3 days in a closed container. Always shake well before using. High in protein.
