Banana oat bran whole wheat muffins (vegan)

Ingredients
3/4 cup wheat flour1/2 cup all purpose flour1 cup oat branAny spices desired (cinnamon, cloves, cardamom, etc.)1/2 cup sucanat1 T BP1/2 tsp BS1/2 tsp salt3/4 c. 8th Continent Original soy milk1/4 c. pumpkin puree (or applesauce)1 tsp vanilla2 very ripe bananas1/2 c. chopped walnuts
Directions
1. Whisk together dry ingredients in large bowl.
2. Combine wet ingredients in small bowl, mashing in banana with fork.
3. Add wet to dry ingredients and mix until just combined.
4. Fold in walnuts
5. Pour into muffin tins. Bake at 400 degrees F ~ 20 mins.
