Audrey's Spinach & Artichoke Dip

4 Tbsp Light cream cheese (softened) 6 Tbsp or 1/3 cup + tsp of reduced fat sour cream.5 cup of Hellman's light mayo2 cloves of garlic.5 cup of shredded or shaved Parmesan cheese 1 can Vigo quartered artichoke hearts in water1 box of green giant chopped spinach
Cut slit in top of spinach pouch and pop in the microwave for 5 minutes.
Drain artichokes and cut into desired pieces
In a 8 x 8 casserole dish toss the artichokes and spinach together.
Add Mayo, Cream cheese and sour cream, mix well
Add half of the Parmesan cheese and mix into the dip
Let cook for 15 minutes and then add your minced garlic, make sure your garlic is mixed throughout.
Top the dip with the other half of Parmesan cheese and cook for an additional 15 minutes.
Serve with salsa and baked tortilla chips! ( not included in calories )
