1- 14 oz can of pumpkin1- 8 oz. tub of fat free whipped topping1 - 1oz. box of jello sugar free fat free vanilla pudding mix2- cups of fat free milk ( for pudding mixture )
Directions
prepare pudding as intructed, then mix in the rest of ingredients and chill
makes 9 3/4 cup servings
