2 cups Water2 Beef Bullion Cubes1 cup Celery2 cups Baby Carrots1 jumbo Sweet Potato1 medium yellow onion1 packet Lipton Onion Soup Mix1/4 cup whole grain flour1 tbsp pepper1 tsp sea salt1 1/2 pounds Sirloin Strip Steak
Peel potatoes and cut up vegetables then throw in crockpot with water and bullion cubes.
Mix flour and lipton onion soup mix, pepper and sea salt.
Cut Sirlion Strips up into 1 - 2 inch pieces and toss in flour mixture.
Add to veggies in crockpot and stir together.
Cook for 4 - 6 hours on low or 2- 4 hours on high.
