River Wildlife Chili

Ingredients
1 lb. lean ground beef 3 t. ground cumin1 1/2 t. garlic powder1/2 t. ground red cayenne pepper2 cans red kidney beans, drained2 cans diced tomatos2 cans tomato soup16 oz. can tomato sauce1 small can tomato paste1 c. chopped green pepper1/2 c. diced onion1/2 c. celary1 c. water or beerCook meat, spices, & veggies. In a large pot or crock pot, add all other ingredients except water/beer. Bring to a boil, reduce heat, cover & simmer for 40 minutes. Stir in water or beer , heat through, serve.
