Light and Easy Slow Cooker Chicken Stroganoff

Ingredients
1.5 lbs boneless, skinless chicken breast1 can 98% fat free cream of mushroom soup1 packet onion soup mix (reduced-sodium is best)16 oz reduced fat sour cream
Directions
Place chicken breasts in bottom of slow cooker (can cut into smaller pieces to make arranging easier). Combine the rest of the ingredients in a large bowl. Cover the chicken with the mixture. Cook on low for 7 hours.

Serve with noodles or rice and vegetable of choice. Extra mushrooms can be added to the dish as well (not included in nutrition information here) if you like them.
