Steamed Veggie and Egg

Ingredients
1 cup Mixed Vegetables (I use a couple handfuls of my own mixture that I chop up and freeze-broccoli, cauliflower, yellow squash, mushrooms, carrots, onions, etc)1 large egg1/4 tsp Mrs. Dash Garlic and Herb Seasoning1/8-1/4 tsp Ground Black Pepper1/4 tsp Garlic Powder1 oz Cheddar Cheese, grated
Directions
Pour a small amount of water in a small skillet, add the veggies and seasoning. Cover and let simmer until vegetables are tender. Add more water if needed at any time to keep everything from sticking. Scramble the egg and add it over veggies. Cook until mostly firm. Flip egg and veggies over. Sprinkle with cheese. Cover again and let finish cooking until egg is done and water is evaporated. Enjoy.
