Chorizo Low Carb Quiche

6 Chorizo sausage linksOnions, raw, .25 cup, chopped 6 large eggs1/3 cup low carb 2% hood milkCheddar Cheese, 1.5 cup, shredded Jalapeno Peppers, 1 pepper
Add chopped onions to Chorizo sausages (remove casing) and cook until done, drain fat.
Fill 9" pie dish with sausage mixture
Mix eggs and low carb hood milk (add salt and pepper to taste)
Pour egg mix over sausage and top with cheese and jalapeno
Bake at 375 for 20-30 minutes or until it is set.
