1 28 oz can tomatoes (no salt)4 tblspoons tomatoe paste (no name - least sodium)2 tblsp minced garlic1 cup chopped celery1 cup chopped onion1 tspn fresh chopped rosemary1 tsp dried basil10 leaves fresh spinach4 tblsp evaporated milk2 tspn olive oil1 can Blue Menu Roasted Red Pepper &Tomato Soup1 Tbsp Mrs. Dash Spicyheat olive oil in large saucepan, saute onion, garlic, celery til softAdd all other ingredients except evaporated milk, bring to boil, reduce heat and simmer 15 minsStir in evaporated milk, simmer 2 mins & serve
