Chicken Turkey Veggie Stew

3 C. Non-fat Turkey broth6 oz Foster Farms grilled chicken breast strips1 tbsp salted butter4 oz zucchini sliced6.5 oz onion chopped3.5 oz broccoli flowerlets4 oz baby carrots - cut in quarters9 oz rutabaga cut in 1/2 inch cubes7.5 oz raw potato cut in 1 inch cubes1/4 c flour
Brown onion in butter till tender
Add homemade turkey broth
add carrots and rutabaga and cook till 'tender crisp'
add broccoli and cook till tendercrisp
add potatos and cook till tendercrisp
add chicken cubed
Mix flour w/ 1/2 cup broth. Mix until smooth.
Add to kettle of veggies.
Season to taste
