Butternut squash soup- spiced

Ingredients
* Butternut Squash, 5 cup, cubes * Better than Boullion Vegetarian Beef broth paste, 1 serving * Onions, raw, 1 large * Olive Oil, 3 tbsp * Lite coconut milk, 13.5 oz can * *Ethnic Gourmet Calcutta Masala Simmer Sauce, 4 oz * *Clubhouse Garam Masala spice, 2 tbsp
Directions
1. Caramelize onion in olive oil.
2. Add broth, coconut milk, and masala sauce. Simmer.
3. Add to butternut squash and garam masala. Cook until reaches desired consistency.
4. Puree with hand blender.
5. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
