Ingredients
1 red bell pepper1 green bell pepper1 yellow bell pepper1 orange bell pepper1 medium red onion1 cup celery1-15oz can Black Beans drained and rinsed1-15ox can white con1/5 cup jalapeno pepper (optional)1 cup Apple Cider Vinegar1/2 cup sugar1 Tbsp Water
Directions
Dice all peppers, onion and celery into small pieces, add corn and beans.
Boil salt, pepper, vinegar, water and oil for about 2 minutes let cool.
Combine ingredients and Chill for at least one hour(better if left overnight)
Serve with Frito's Scoops/Tostito's Scoop or a chip of you chose and enjoy.

    The recipe has no oil listed in the ingredients and yet in the directions it says to boil vinigar, OIL, salt, etc....
